In the Gard scrubland between Nîmes and the Cévennes, the vineyard Domaine Leyris Mazière is located in Languedoc appellation AOP Sommières.
Manual harvesting in small crates, the optimum maturation and long maceration complement a culture of respectful vine ecology.
Finished fertilizers and chemical treatments, replaced by natural processes (Bordeaux mixture, sulfur, herbal decoctions, ...).
