Domaine De La Parro

Since 1987, the Rigal family owns the vineyard Domaine de La Parro of ten hectares.
The Domaine de la Parroé was restructured 70% with improved grape varieties (Syrah, Grenache, Merlot, Marsanne) which replaced Aramons and glances, which at the time had grown to more substantial and less romatiques yields. Some centenarian Carignan were kept as well vinified, they are the pride and joy of our operations.
At hilside Larzac plateau this small family estate of 10 hectares around 400 hts vinifies exit wine mainly Mediterranean varieties.
The semi-underground cellar in all sizes of stones in the colors of our land contains a freshness and friendliness to discover around a Parro of the Domaine wines.
