The Bonzoms Estate is in organic farming since 2009.
We mainly grow four varieties: Carignan, Catalan traditional variety, Syrah, Grenache, and the famous muscat, which allows us to develop the Muscat de Rivesaltes and Muscat sec. We also recently planted on Le Domaine Bonzoms chardonnay, which allows us to develop dry white. We also grow Cabernet for special wines and Macabeo for the creation of fortified wines amber.
