Château Bouisset

After managing the vineyard and the cellar of the Château Capendu, Christophe Barbier decides at the end of the 90s, to devote himself exclusively to his vineyard.
Divided between the Château Bouisset  and the Domain Simonet.
Installed on the classified site of the massif of La Clape, Château Bouisset the vineyard covers 21 ha on the AOC La Clape.
This ancient and historic wine area produced exclusively white when the Romans established themselves there are more than two thousand years. Narbonne was then the second city of the Roman Empire after Rome and the Clape was still an island.
Today Château Bouisset produces vintages Salty Lands, and The Snipe AOC Clape to be discovered.
