Domaine La Tour Boisée

Domaine La Tour Boisée was established in the year 1826 and developed by successive generations "very attached" to the land of Laure Minervois.
Domaine La Tour Boisée, located 25 kilometers east of Carcassonne, now consists of 82 hectares of vineyards and some 2,500 olive trees growing again in 1990. Since 1982, Marie-Claude, daughter of the field, took over Jean-Louis, himself a descendant of a long line of winemakers, the fate of the vineyard Domaine de la La Tour Boisée; and already the next generation is involved.
From the beginning we had to stop, after taking care to keep the old vineyards in the finest vineyards, grape varieties to improve our plan. It now follows a full range drawn from the plot.
This is the Tour, survived the fortification of the town (XII century), now in the garden, the Domaine La Tour Boisée is named.
