Located on the main road D19 between Murviel-lès-Béziers and Roquebrun, Domaine Boissezon Guiraud, Causses and Veyran is a typical village vigneron 19 km from Béziers, 15 km from Lamalou and 7 km from Roquebrun.
The territory of Causses reached the banks of the Orb. It is dominated by the Mont Peyroux Puech. The village of Causses is installed on clay-limestone plateau of the Pliocene. The village name is formed from two places: Causses: Caucio of (1199), the Latin calx: lime stone chaux.Veyran: man's name Avarius, Varius or Verius anum and suffix (ownership). From 1625, both names appear together: Causses and Vairan. In 1760, the name of Causses and Veyran is attached. Causses absorbs Veyran town between 1790 and 1794.C'est family my mother Nicole Boissezon who brought us this land is his grandfather Etienne Tarral which constituted the bulk of the estate Boissezon Guiraud in years 1900 winegrowers on Causse origins date back to 1870. it is the family of my father, Albert Guiraud, who brought us this land. Domaine Boissezon Guiraud is in our family since the 18th century. The farm is in this form since the 1830s.
