Domaine Du Métèore

Domaine Meteor takes its name from a huge hole of 220 meters in diameter and 60 meters deep, whose origin could be a meteorite, fell there about 10 000 years.

Family owned for several generations, the Domaine du Meteor Cabrerolles is located in a small village nestled at the foot of the Cevennes, Languedoc in southern France, 30 kms north of Beziers.
Meteor Domaine covers an area of ​​23 ha. A Cabrerolles (Faugères), it peaks between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, facing south on steep slopes in schist soil, stony, dry and acidic, windy by the Tramontana off with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean.
