In 1965, the latter with a capacity of 125 000 hectoliters, is one of the largest in the region. A few years later, the number of cooperative approach 800 of 830 winegrowers in the town. The installation of metal tanks, door cellar Rosé Bessan 200 000 hectoliters. The 134 600 hectoliters in 1974 are for the moment the maximum harvest produced by the cooperative.
Following grub and change of varieties, the production of the wine cooperative has dropped significantly. At present, the wine cooperative "The Bessan rosé" brings together 115 members for a production of 30 000 hectoliters and total capacity of 148 500 hectoliters, following the recent demolition of 4 stainless steel tanks at 46 000 hectoliters.
