Marc and Regis Puccini, farmers in the soul (but in fairly remote cultures of grapevine) and wine enthusiasts, started an adventure by taking the Domaine du Mas des Armes, located on the land where so Aniane hatch famous wines.
The brothers, in modest and sometimes discreet surroundings, displayed for the Domaine du Mas des Armes strong ambition for excellence.
A qualitative policy was implemented from the start, requiring major renovation work at first: uprooting of the least interesting vineyards qualitatively regular plantations to diversify the vine, growing, focusing on green jobs for optimal exposure of the grapes, and limiting the use of fertilizers and herbicides.
The construction in a second time: the cellar Domaine Mas des Armes, built in 2009, was designed to be able to make piecemeal winemaking isolating varieties and terroirs. It uses the natural slope of the land, which ensures the thermal regulation (barrel cellar semi buried).
This varied and fragmented vineyard is still evolving, plantations lie ahead in order to best exploit the mosaic of terroirs present on 41 plots of Domaine du Mas des Armes.
