In 1979, at the age of 22, Jean-Louis Denois, from a winegrower family for at least 6 generations in Cumières, first thought of the Marne Valley, chose to fly with his own wings. After wine-oenology studies at the school in Beaune and commerce at the University of Reims, Jean-Louis Denois is urged by the powerful Boshendal field, he embarks on an adventure to the Cape winelands south Africa, where he will contribute to the creation of the first Classic Cape, Cape Champenoises methods.
